Rodrigo Soares is a Program Manager at the Net Zero Action Accelerator team, responsible for overseeing the development and management of trainings, resources, and partnerships that drive Net Zero action among corporate partners, with a specific focus on the food and agriculture sector. Before joining EDF, Rodrigo took a sabbatical year to engage in hands-on projects centered around regenerative agriculture, agroforestry systems, and soil biology. In his previous career, he amassed over 15 years of experience at PYXERA Global, where he served as a client manager, connecting renowned talents from global companies like SAP, IBM, PepsiCo, Pfizer, and Medtronic with social mission organizations in under-resourced communities worldwide to provide pro bono consulting services. Originally from Rio, Brazil, Rodrigo holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management from the George Washington University.
