Co-designed with EDF’s Climate Corps, this e-learning series equips professionals to kickstart their corporate climate action journey. Through five comprehensive modules, participants will gain a solid foundation in net-zero principles, practical tools, and actionable strategies to help their organizations reduce emissions and drive sustainable change. Whether you’re new to sustainability or seeking to integrate climate initiatives into your business, this course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to take meaningful action. Participants who complete all the content will receive a completion certificate.
Who should participate:
- Corporate professionals from global companies working in functions such as sustainability, procurement, operations, and finance.
- Suppliers to global companies who are being asked to take climate action as part of their value chain (scope 3) mitigation efforts.
- Independent climate consultants and students seeking to build foundational knowledge in corporate climate action and net zero strategies.
Course learning objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of corporate net zero and its importance in climate action.
- Take initial steps in measuring and assessing carbon emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3.
- Understand the process of setting and implementing science-based targets to align with global climate goals.
- Navigate the corporate climate ecosystem by identifying key stakeholders, initiatives, and regulatory frameworks.
